We are delighted to have purchased "Jimmy" from Mr Deakin, we hope to keep him entire and use him for breeding in the future.  We have used his sire "Johnny" to cover our loan mare Pippin and were so impressed with his conformation, movement and upmost his temperament, decided to have a look at a colt that he had sired.

We looked at the most stunning herd of coloured horses of which there was really nothing to choose from we decided on Jimmy.  We hoped we made the right decision and after getting him home and seeing him move so beautifully straight we are sure we were right!!!

He has the most fantastic temperament, he hasnt had much handling as he has lived with the herd so we have left the halter on to start with so we know we knew we could catch him!!!

His trot is good and straight with a good hind leg and his canter is off the floor and he has a very good hind leg.

As an update in 2010 Jimmy has settled in really well and is a pleasure to have about, he is turned out with our other youngsters and we hope to get him some show results this season!!!

Jimmy also has a superb jump which he showed us just after the photos were taken by popping over the post and rail!!!  Obviously a little fencing is required by us but what a star pony!!!!

We are hoping he will be presented in the show ring in due course once he has had some in hand training.
