Janet above on her first under saddle outing - 20km ride as Poppys horse wouldnt load so after 6 weeks under saddle smiling faces arrived home!!!!!!!

"Janet" is by the German Riding Pony Top Yellow, who is a superb dressage pony with fantastic bloodlines.  We bred her out of Marieke who is a Dutch pony with the intention of breeding a 148cm dressage pony.  It also appears Janet is able to jump well after popping over our post and rail fencing beautifully!!!!!

We are thrilled with her conformation and movement. Her results speak for themselves.

Janet is in her 4th year in 2012 and is now in the process of being backed with the intention of producing her as a dressage pony and she will be available for sale.  She is taking to been ridden exceptionally well and within the first week here are a couple of snapshots of her third day under saddle - March 2012

Below is Janet and her 2011 foal Ruth at the BEF Futurity 2011 where Ruth gained a Higher 1st Premium........

Top Yellow is Europe’s most famous pony Stallion. Bred and produced by the noted Dressage trainer Johann Hinnemann, Top Yellow holds the record for the highest score ever awarded to an approved pony stallion, 21 points ahead of the number 2.

This exquisite pony received no score under an 8.5 and even achieved a 9.5 for walk an 8.5 for trot and a 9.0 on canter proving him to be a talented pony for potential breeding success. Top Yellow won the bundeschampionate (championship for young pony stallions) in 1996 and 1997 and quickly became the one to watch. In 1998 under European champion Delphine Meiresonne, Top Yellow began his FEI career. In that year they became Guelders champion at elementary level in Holland before dominating the Dutch pony rider’s scene. He shone at CDI-P Hagen when he won the consolation test. In 2000 Top Yellow was sold to Austria where he competed up to national level. He now stands in the U.K and has competed at pony FEI and at Medium level gaining scores under Samantha Wood of over 70% proving he is a talented palomino stallion and a great friend.

Unfortunately this lovely stallion has since passed away - 2011
